Det. Guy Daniels is an eighteen year veteran with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, with over sixteen years’ experience as a narcotics detective. Guy started his narcotics career with street-level tactical units where he participated in several hundred undercover operations during his narcotics career. He has also participated in several long-term undercover operations and was asked to join the DEA as a task force officer.

In 2007, Det. Daniels started S.W.A.N. Tactical Training as an organization specializing in narcotics based training for state and federal law enforcement. Since then, Det. Daniels has developed and instructed multiple classes related to narcotics and undercover techniques throughout the United States for State and Federal agencies to include: the U.S. Army, Drug Enforcement Administration, Nevada and Florida HITDA, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Florida Narcotics Officers Association Annual Conference, and the Annual Covert Operations Training Conference (Las Vegas, Nevada). He is the former President of Florida Narcotics Officers Association.

Det. Daniels has also been a guest speaker for several colleges, state agencies, and non-profit organizations to include: University of Florida, University of North Florida, Florida State Community College of Jacksonville, St. Johns River Community College, Boy Scouts of America, Dept. of Children and Family Services, and several high schools and middle schools in the area.

Det. Daniels served with the 82nd Airborne Division and participated in combat operations in Iraq (Operations(s) Desert Shield and Desert Storm).


Sergeant Brad Echelberger is a twenty year veteran of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office with ten years as a S.W.A.T. team member. During his tenure with the sheriff’s office he’s held the following positions: Patrolman, Gang Detective, Patrol Sergeant, and Gang Unit Sergeant.

For the past ten years Brad has been assigned to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. team and has held several positions to include; assaulter, sniper and Sniper Team Leader. During that time, Brad has participated on numerous callouts, hundreds of high risk search warrants and countless other tactical operations. As a member of S.W.A.T., Brad has trained with numerous top tier trainers to include Paul Howle, Northern Red, Redback One, Barrett, McMillian, Craft, and SSI). Sgt. Echelberger also has trained and worked closely with almost every federal law enforcement agency.

Brad served in the US army with the 75th Ranger Battalion.


Charlie Fuller,  Retired Special Agent, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. Charlie has 27 years of law enforcement experience with expertise in undercover, electronic surveillance and training. He was a Program Manager at the ATF National Academy for six years. He was responsible for the Undercover and Field Operations Training Programs. He is the author of The Art of Undercover: Techniques and Survival, a complete “how to” work undercover textbook. Charlie currently presents undercover and survival techniques and tactical training programs nationwide and has trained over 19,000 undercover officers. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the International Association of Undercover Officers.

Charlie served in the US Army in Military Intelligence.
